Committees are an important part of the Board of Director´s function and responsibilities, and established to assist the Board in achieving the Association´s goals and objectives, and ultimately its mission.

Trade Contractor Committee

To address issues relevant to trade contractors. The committee, with the assistance of staff, provides information and makes recommendations to the board of directors.
Standards and Practices Committee

Gary Daku Silvester Glass (BC) Ltd.
To be a resource to address industry standards and practices. The committee, with the assistance of staff, provides information and makes recommendations to the board of directors.
Education and Training Committee  
Mandate
Todd Skelton Independent Concrete Ltd.
To identify relevant topics of interest, develop education and training programs to promote and offer to the construction industry. The committee, with the assistance of staff, provides information and makes recommendations to the board of directors.
Trades and Scholarship Committee  
Mandate
Anthony Minniti Century Group Inc. Constructors
To develop partnerships with island colleges, post secondary schools and educators, to support and promote a career path in construction, as well as develop an annual scholarship program for deserving students within the Island school districts. The committee, may interact with education and with the assistance of staff, provides information and makes recommendations to the board of directors.
Golf and Curling Committee
